Can't make your own nation yet but REBEL for Poland and Germany. WAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's pretty much impossible to fight me but there's nothing bad that happens if you lose aside from losing your war supplies and stuff.
